In this power hour, a circuit is set anywhere from eight to 20 stations in length, incorporating intervals of cardio, plyometrics and strength training.  You’ve got one minute to push your body to its limits through body weight, dumbbells, barbells and anything else your instructor chooses to put you through.  This is a total body fat blasting, endurance testing, strength building, cardio enhancing session! You’ve got what it takes, but it may take all you’ve got.

Teens get their turn to tear up the turf during their hour of training!  Working on drills to improve speed, agility, endurance and stability.  This group also gets to test their strength with a series of body weight exercises, TRX challenges, medicine ball usage, and a whole lot more! If they are an All Star or just getting started, S.M.A.S.H. is an hour NOT to be missed.  (Ages 12-15)

You can go as fast,or slow for that matter, as you can handle within the 30 minute time limit. You’ll push your body to its limits through body weight, dumbbells, barbells and anything else your instructor chooses to put you through.
